By using multi-joint movements (squats, deadlifts, and press), Olympic movements (clean and snatch) and bodyweight movements (pull-ups, push-ups, sit-ups and dips) in programming, anyone that is dedicated and committed can get in the best shape of their lives.  Every workout should be challenging.  We won’t change a workout for an individual, but the load and intensity can be scaled.

Whether those tasks are picking up your groceries and kids or fighting fires, crime or for our nation’s freedom, Morrisville Community CrossFit will help you reach your potential.
Weekly workouts are planned 4-6 weeks out.  The reason for this is to ensure the conditioning workouts complement the strength programming and to keep from repeating movements or rep schemes too often.  We also want to ensure that each of your metabolic pathways are trained, whether it’s a 5 minute sprint or a 35 minute grinder, MCCF will be sure to help you through to get to your highest functional fitness level.  The workouts aren’t written by a short lived fitness enthusiast just throwing a bunch of exercises together to see how hard a workout can be, rather they are written to ensure maximum intensity while safety and correct body mechanics are top priority.  These workouts are written by professionals with degrees in Exercise Physiology and Biomechanics (Kinesiology) with almost 15 years of exercise programming experience (7 years of CrossFit Programming experience).
Morrisville Community CrossFit has coaches with more than a certificate from CrossFit, we have experienced and degreed individuals that have committed the majority of their lives to wellness and helping people become as healthy as possible.
